Caroline O'Neal is what one can call a "citizen of the world", she grew up in Geneva (Switzerland) with a Greek mother & an Australian father from Irish and Scottish origins, she now lives in Neu-Ulm (Germany) after living for 13 years in Copenhagen (Denmark) and also 2 years in Spain.
A self-taught painter/illustrator, she's been fascinated since childhood by legends, myths, fantasy & classic fairy-tales, fauna & flora ...
She has a great admiration for Pre-Raphaelites, Symbolist, Art Nouveau and Heroic Fantasy painters/illustrators.
She especially loves to draw : Cute little bugs & animals, princesses, fairies, witches, vampires, funny monsters, any Halloween themes ...
Her work includes : Children books, clothes & games ; advertising, greeting cards, SF-Horror-Fantasy press, as well as various painting exhibitions.
She's open for any commission in the publishing field whether it's for children or grown-ups ... And is also looking for some publisher interested in her children's alphabet project.
