Brian began taking art lessons at the age of nine and since then has given instruction and now paints for private collectors. He became enchanted with the work of illustrators such as N.C. Wyeth, Arthur Rackham and Beatrice Potter at an early age. He uses watercolors and pen and ink to create works of animals, children’s books characters, characters from classic literature, figures from history and religious art. Brian has an advanced degree in Physics and has taught for several years at the University of Akron. In 2010 he published a book - “Astronomy: A Computational Approach”. He is now concentrates on his art and looks forward to visually complementing wonderful stories.
